In few places is the Christmas feeling stronger than at a Christmas market. The lights, the cosiness, the rows of stalls selling authentic Christmas products, little can beat that. In Egmond aan Zee, a Christmas market will be held at Restaurant Natuurlijk on 19 December.

n Alkmaar, a cosy Christmas market will be organised again this year. After last year's success at the Paardenmarkt, this year's Christmas market will be held at the Waagplein. From 9 to 18 December, the square will be transformed into Winter Wonderland. Because besides the Christmas stalls with fun winter and Christmas products, there will be a large atmospheric marquee with party evenings and Christmas shows in the weekends with performances by the best local DJs and artists and dance performances by the Alkmaars Showballet.
