This type of holiday home is suitable for 6 people. The water villas are sustainable and are equipped with solar panels and an air/water heat pump. The garden is generously landscaped with a deck on the water. 

On the ground floor you will find the garden-oriented living room with an open kitchen with Siemens appliances, a separate toilet and a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. On the first floor are a second and third bedroom, as well as a second bathroom and a second separate toilet. There is also an indoor storage room on this floor. 

There are two parking spaces available at the house.

The Water Villas are finished and ready for rental. It is possible that some final work may take place in the new building plan, but this will be minimal.
