This home type is suitable for 6 people and is extra luxurious. The water villas are sustainable and have solar panels and an air/water heat pump. The garden is generously landscaped with a deck on the water and is equipped with a jacuzzi and Green Egg barbecue.

On the ground floor are the garden-oriented living room with open kitchen with Siemens appliances, a separate toilet and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the first floor are a second and third bedroom, as well as a second bathroom and second separate toilet. There is also a sauna on the floor. One of the showers is equipped with a Sunshower.
