Activities in the area

During a weekend getaway on the Dutch coast there is, of course, plenty to do.  Besides the wonderful beach walks, there are countless other activities in the area to keep you entertained. For example, you can enjoy a wonderful lunch or dinner in one of the many beach bars. There are plenty of sports activities, too. For example, rent an (electric) bike or mountain bike to explore the area.  Would you rather spend a day in the city?  You can get to the historical center of Alkmaar in no time from either Schoorl or Egmond aan Zee.

Bungalows with a jacuzzi

In order for you to completely unwind, EuroParcs allows you to book several accommodations with spa facilities, such as a sauna or jacuzzi. The holiday homes can accommodate up to 8 people and are fully equipped. There are several accommodations with a Sun Shower in the shower and a sauna in the home or in the garden. There are also different holiday homes with an outdoor jacuzzi where you can enjoy yourself even in slightly poor weather.

🚲 Where can I rent a bike during my coastal holiday?

At many of our parks, you can rent bikes in order to enjoy a bit of physical exercise. 

Tip: Try an (electric) mountain bike. Numerous routes can be found and downloaded through apps such as Komoot. 

🐾 Is my dog welcome?

Your faithful four-legged friend is most welcome at Duinresorts.  A cottage by the sea with dog is available for 2-6 people, so that promises a wonderful family holiday! 

⏰ Is it possible to book a last minute holiday?

When you want to go on a beach holiday in the Netherlands, a bungalow is simply perfect! Enjoy lovely walks on the beach during the day while relaxing in your seaside holiday home at night. 🌊 Which water sports can I practice during my holiday?

There are also plenty of options for water sports enthusiasts at EuroParcs.  Indeed, there are several water sports to be enjoyed from your accommodation. For example, you can go sup boarding, sailing, boating, canoeing, surfing, or even fishing. Some holiday homes feature a private jetty for boats.  This allows you to head out on the water directly from your home.
