You can go to the reception for information about the park and the surrounding area, bicycle rental, additional booking of children's beds, high chairs, towels, and/or kitchen packages. Our friendly employees will be happy to help you!

Monday 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. 

Tuesday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Friday 9.00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Checking in

Checking in as of 4:00 p.m. Checking out is at 10:00 a.m. Are you unable to check in within the reception opening hours? Then report this to us before 5:00 p.m. so that we can help you further and explain our check–in procedure.
